alpha-numeric pounce: "T"

After posting the other entry for the letter 'T' in the alphanumeric pounce, I just wasn't really happy with it. Got to thinking about it... well, more complaining about it... and a new idea came along. This is the result. So, I took the other one down and replaced it with this one.
